Roof Replacement and Upgrades to Building D200

The Department of National Defence is proposing to carry out renovations to building D200 at Her Majesty's Canadian Dockyard. The project has been divided into phases and the current phase's activities include removing a portion of the existing over roof; removing a portion of the original building roof; flattening portions of the roof to allow for maintainable, flat surfaces; installing a new two-ply modified bitumen roofing system; and removing and replacing existing windows with new windows of a modified shape and size.

September 29, 2022— The Department of National Defence issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
