Amendment to PER No. 18-037 - Lumber Transload Facility and Rail Spur

The proposed amendment

Goodrich Terminals proposes to carry out physical activities related to the completion of the Lumber Transload Facility and Rail Spur at 10880 Dyke Road, Surrey. This would require an extension to the approved project permit (PER No. 18-037), which has an expiry date of June 30, 2023. The extension is being requested due to project scheduling delays as more time is required to obtain additional approvals. The scope of works that would be completed during the extended period includes the installation of a rail spur, approximately 354 metres in length and any other associated work.
