Re-surface Parking Lot and Upgrade Exterior Lighting - Shediac, NB

Resurfacing of existing asphalt surface. Surface area approx. 26,000 feet square Project to include: all parking lot lines, accessibility spaces and repairs to curbing where required. Request to extend employee parking area by 4 spots. Extend public parking by approximately 1,500 feet square. There may be a possible lighting addition to the lot based on the expansion of spaces. All existing lighting in lot has been converted to LED. Any lighting added will need to meet energy star standards. A Technical Investigation will be completed with a specification that the investigation includes lumen testing. Any signage that is existing or implemented as part of parking additions is required to meet applicable code standards and be bilingual. Request for additional signage at entrance of parking lot to direct public traffic to the correct area for parking at the facility. The facility is located in a residential area with a mix of commercial and residential. Facility is in the area of approximately 3 indigenous communities L'nui Menikuk, Eosopogtog, Tjipogtotjg
