Foundation Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation of the foundation wall due to water penetration issues. The scope includes interior and exterior work. The latter will require excavation around the perimeter of the building to get access to the foundation wall.

Through the design phase of this project, a preliminary analysis of soil and groundwater uncovered elevated parameters.  Impacted media will result in the requirement for a mitigation measures form.
