Sanitary and Storm Sewer Outfall Relocation

Project consists of replacing and relocating a sanitary and storm sewer outfall in the harbour of the Town of Harbour Grace. The scope of the project includes the relocation and installation of 295 meters of sewer and sewer outfall pipe and 210 meters of storm sewer pipe. The project aims to relocate sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure from Department of Fisheries and Oceans property and to bring this infrastructure into compliance with current Federal Fisheries Environmental Guidelines.

This project is important to the community as the sewer system is quite dated and at risk of collapse.
