Visitor Centre Recapitalization in Gros Morne National Park

Gros Morne National Park's Visitor Reception Centre, located in the central region of the park, is in need of renovations and upgrades. The existing structure will be significantly demolished and rebuilt for a total building area of 1125 m2. The upgrades will require reconstruction of, and modifications to, the foundations and roof framing to suit the upgraded and enlarged footprint. The parking lot expansion will require some tree clearing, for an approximate cleared area of 5560 m2., which will be resurfaced for parking and electric charging stations will be added.
