Street and drainage rehabilitation

2021-28-04- The project consists into the rehabilitation of existing streets, ditches, and culverts in the community of Barriere Lake. Briefly, it is proposed to excavate the existing road structure and to replace it with new material. The existing ditches will also be cleaned from their sediments. Most of the existing culverts will be cleaned and some other will be replaced because they are damaged.

2021-05-28- The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on wheter the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
