PCA Backcountry Shelter Redevelopment-Bryant and Egypt

Parks Canada Agency is proposing the demolition of the existing backcountry shelters at Egypt Lake and Bryant Creek and their replacement with new, modular, minimalist shelters. New shelters will be built in existing shelter locations, during the summer of 2021, with occupancy in March 2022. New shelters will have the same visitor capacity as existing structures, will be suitable for year-round use (4-seasons), and have an inclusive and universal design.
