Reservation Road Subdivision Development

Development of a residential subdivision for approximately 20 single family dwelling units.  The subdivision is to be constructed on 2.75 ha parcel of partially cleared.  The land will require some clearing, grubbing, construction of 300m road using imported pit run gravel, type 1 and type 2 gravels.  The work also includes the installation of sanitary sewer (approx. 470m), manholes, watermain (approx. 300m) and associated water and sewer lot services.

April 7, 2021 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is reviewing the assessment to determine whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
