Protection of vegetation against spruce budworm at Petit Gaspé and oTENTik campgrounds
In order to protect the vegetation from the ravages caused by the spruce budworm, and to ensure visitor safety in the wooded campgrounds of Petit Gaspé and oTENTik (Loop F) [roughly 40 ha], the Bti biopesticide will be applied as of June 2020 to protect the mature spruce and fir forest in these developed areas of the park.
