Utility Service Agreement BELL MTS Inc. Moon Lake Telecommunications Tower

A 20 year Utility Service Agreement is proposed for BELL MTS Inc for an existing telecommunications tower site near Moon Lake in Riding Mountain National Park. BELL MTS Inc. will occupy the land and operate and maintain the existing tower, equipment and buildings. The agreement is scheduled to start on April 1, 2020 until March 31, 2040. This project will be assessed with a Basic Impact Assessment.
