Radio Tower Replacement at Administration Building

Pukaskwa National Park will replace an existing communications tower (60 ft tall) with a new communications tower (~120 ft tall), adjacent to the Administration building. Obsolete infrastructure will be removed. Lighting and obstruction marking of the new tower will follow Transport Canada Standard 621 or occur as directed by Transport Canada. Construction will include excavation, use of standard boom truck, mini-excavator or backhoe, cast-in-place or pre-cast concrete.
