This is a non-designated project on federal lands or outside Canada. The listed authorities are responsible for the project assessment.
This section of Caribou Street requires the replacement of a 3 metre x 36 metre long culvert. The existing culvert has signs of failure/collapse in 2 different areas. This road access allows members of the First Nation to access a secondary road that exits the community in case of any Emergency situations This culvert is used for the main stream to flow into the Rainy River. The replacement of this culvert would last another 20 plus years.
