  • The approximate 116-year old concrete culvert arch structure has not been used for process water discharge for many years. The concrete structure is reaching the end of its service life and should be decommissioning by permanently filling it in to ensure safety users of the culvert, CN and Neighbouring companies. The culvert is located at the rear east side of the ADM facility situated at 950 Mill Street, Montreal, Quebec and at the south-west corner of the Windmill-Point Basin.
