The proposed amendment

The permit holder, Western Canada Marine Response Corporation, has requested an additional extension to the expiry date of the approved project permit (PER No. 16-290) from November 31, 2021 to July 31, 2022. The original permit approved the construction of an oil spill emergency response base at 2800 Commissioner Street, Vancouver.

The approved works are comprised of marine piles and floats, riparian shore protection, two upland buildings and site services, and a paved parking area.
