Notice of Intent to Make a Determination

Chipewyan Prairie First Nation 2021 Subdivision Project (Phase 1) – Public Comments Invited
October 27, 2021 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Chipewyan Prairie First Nation 2021 Subdivision Project (Phase 1), located in Chipewyan Prairie Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

12 lot subdivision within approximately 56 ha. Each lot will be approximately 60m wide by 68m deep. Tied into existing services with approximately 700m of new roadway and associated culverts.
