The Proposed Project

The Artic Response Company Group (ARCG) mission task was assigned to Grey and Simcoe Foresters (G&SF) in 2007. Since then vehicle, equipment, and capabilities increased to full operational capacity in 2016 and is continuing to grow. This has exposed a significant infrastructure gap that threatens the operational efficiency and abilities to deploy, Therefore the G&SF require infrastructure that will house 82 vehicles of various types, also 5 office spaces.

The building will be prefabricated and installed on a concrete slab on grade, its dimensions are 100 feet by 200 feet by 20 feet.

The building will be connected to the base's sewer line, water, electric, communications and gas line.
