Schedule and Registration

Screenings under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act

Courses typically run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. An information package, a continental breakfast in the morning and refreshments in the afternoon are provided.

Cost:

$675.00 for Government
$675.00 plus taxes for Industry
$338.00 plus taxes for Aboriginal /ENGO/Student (limit of four participants from these groups per session at the reduced price) (if tax exempt, please provide exemption number)

  1. Print the Agency's Federal Training Registration (using FIS) or General Training Registration form.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of prior registration in an Agency course or requests to reschedule a registration for another offering, will be accommodated at no charge if written notice is received by the Agency more than 15 working days prior to the course start date.

  • Registrants who fail to appear for the course (no shows), or who attempt to cancel or reschedule 15 working days or less in advance of the start date of the course, will be invoiced for the full registration fee unless a valid medical certificate is provided.

  • Substitution of a participant is permissible with written, fax, or e-mail notice of change.

  • The Agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with full refund of any registration fee.

The Agency will adhere strictly to this policy.
